Steps

  1. Developer Initiation

    • Begin the badge design process by accessing the Badge Design interface.

  2. Badge Design

    • You can choose to:

      • Create a New Badge design: Design a new badge from scratch.

      • Search for Existing Badges design (Created by you): Locate previously designed badges.

  3. Saving Badge Designs

    • If you create a new badge, the design is saved for future use.

    • Existing badge designs can also be saved to a list for easy access.

  4. Form Completion for Badge Distribution

    • You need to complete a form necessary for sending out badges. This form includes:

      • Preview of the badge design.

      • List of recipients who will receive the badge.

  5. Preview and Confirmation

    • Review the badge design and the filled form, ensuring all details are correct.

    • After verification, confirm the distribution by proceeding to the Confirmation Page.

  6. Sending Badges

    • Once confirmed, the badges are sent to all listed recipients.

  7. Campaign Status Page

    • The status page provides real-time updates on the badge distribution campaign, showing:

      • Number of recipients who have claimed their badges.

      • Visual display of the claimed badges.

  8. Campaign Metrics

    • The status page also displays detailed campaign metrics, including:

      • Campaign number and name.

      • Total number of recipients.

      • (Optional) Number of recipients who opened the badge email.

      • Number of recipients who claimed their badges.
